From I-75 take Exit 143 to S.R. 78/Bayshore Rd., west 7 miles to U.S. 41/Tamiami Trail, north 6.5 miles. Turn right into Magnolia Landing. Proceed to Sales Center at 3006 Magnolia Landing Lane.

Directions: Magnolia Landing is located in North Ft. Myers on US 41.
From the South: Take I-75 to Exit 143 and go west on Bayshore Rd. to US 41.
Head north on US 41 for 5.5 miles. Magnolia Landing will be on your right.

From the North: Traveling south on US 41, Magnolia Landing is approximately 8
miles past Tucker’s Grade on the east side of the highway.
