Museum of Science and History
Fondly known as “MOSH”, the Museum of Science and History is the most visited museum in Jacksonville. Among the exhibits featured are the prehistoric time of dinosaurs, artifacts from a sunken Civil War steamship, as well as an interactive display of the history and memorabilia of the Jacksonville Jaguars football team. The Alexander Brest Planetarium offers both late- night Cosmic Concerts in addition to more traditional skyshows explaining the cosmos.
