More than a decade ago Taylor Morrison developed Avalon at First Colony, its first Avalon branded community in Sugar Land. This multi-award winning community offered elegant custom homes on winding waterways--at the time a new concept in master-planned community development. Avalon at Telfair in Sugar Land is Taylor Morrison’s third “Avalon” branded community.
