An Annual Tradition
Taylor Morrison is excited to give away its third Dream Home in what has become an
annual celebration. Michael Bernardo of El Mirage, Arizona has won the 2010 Dream
Home Giveaway and has chosen Del Rio Ranch in Avondale, Arizona as the new home
for himself, his wife Lisa and their four children. Also, as part of the prize package,
they are headed to the Disneyland® Resort on a magical vacation to celebrate
Lisa's birthday.
The Lucky Winner
An astonishing 704,984 ENTRIES were received during this year's Dream Home Giveaway
promotion. Michael entered the promotion 119 times and that tenacity for entering
resulted in him winning the Dream Home valued at $200,000. He didn't believe it
at first, but is now looking forward to moving into his new home at the end of
this year.
