HOW TO ESTABLISH PRIORITY REGISTRATION FOR PHASE ONE
AT CAPELLA & SAVIERO AT ORCHARD HILLS
Thank you for your interest in Capella and Saviero at Orchard Hills by Taylor Morrison! We are excited to announce the upcoming release of our first phase of homes. If you are interested in purchasing a Capella or Saviero home, please complete the following steps to establish your place on our Priority List as described below:
Step 1: START YOUR PREQUALIFICATION:
To start the prequalification process with our preferred lender, Taylor Morrison Home Funding (“TMHF”)*, click on the ‘Start your Prequalification’ link.

You will be added to the priority list for our first phase release (the “Priority List”) in the order in which your completed prequalification form is electronically submitted and time-stamped (the “Priority Order”). Please know that as part of the prequalification process, your credit report will be accessed.
Step 2: PROVIDE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:
Please also scan and email the supporting documents listed below to one of the following TMHF Representatives (incomplete or missing information will forfeit your spot on the Priority List).
- Bank statements (all pages front and back) 2 months
- Pay statements for 1 month
- Tax returns and W-2’s for 2011 and 2012 (and 2013, if available)
- Copy of Drivers License(s)

Step 3: VIP MODEL TOURS:
On April 28th, we will call, in Priority Order, the first 30 prospective buyers who completed Steps 1 and 2 and invite you to a Pre-Grand Opening VIP Model Tour. The Capella VIP Model Tour will be held on Saturday, May 3rd, and the Savierro VIP Model Tour will be held on Sunday, May 4th. The tours are scheduled in 1 hour increments, allowing invited prospective buyers an opportunity to tour the model homes and phase one home sites in advance of our public Grand Opening.
Step 4: PURCHASE AGREEMENT:
Beginning on May 5th, in Priority Order, we will invite prospective buyers to select their home site and schedule a time to enter into a Purchase Agreement. We recommend having one or two alternative homes sites in mind, in the event the home you wish to purchase is already sold. Please be prepared to provide the required Earnest Money Deposit equal to three percent (3%) of the Total Purchase Price at your Purchase Agreement appointment.
