About Jordan Crossing I

Jordan Crossing is located approximately 3/4 of a mile south of the intersection of Jordan Road and Main Street in Parker, Colorado. Parker is in Douglas County and is one of the fastest growing counties in the U.S. The Town of Parker has changed from a small primarily horse property suburb of Denver to a highly desirable community. There are two hospitals within 3 miles of Jordan Crossing. Numerous grocery stores, a Super Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Office Depot, PetsMart, and Lowes to name a few. In addition to these retail stores there are many restaurants and a new movie theater. There are two major shopping malls within 6 miles of Jordan Crossing, Park Meadows Mall and The Southlands. Jordan Crossing is approximately 4 miles southeast of the Meridian International Business Center, 12 miles southeast of the Denver Tech Center and 22 miles due south of downtown Denver. A typical commute time to the Denver Tech Center is 10 minutes, downtown Denver is 20-30 minutes and Denver International Airport is a 30 minute commute. Jordan Crossing is 3.5 miles east of I-25 and the Light Rail on Lincoln Avenue. Both I-25 and the Light Rail will take travelers info downtown Denver, about 20 miles. E-470, another major highway, is located just 3 miles north of Jordan Crossing. E-470 is a toll road that wraps around the Denver and connects to C-470, a non-toll road at I-25. The toll road will take you to DIA, Denver's International Airport. Douglas County Schools are inherently strong academically. The student teacher ratio average 22:1. Sixty four percent of high school students have a GPA of 3.00 or greater. Graduation rate is 94.8%, and the attendance rate is 95.6%.
