Taylor Morrison will build luxury homes on large homesites nestled in a heavily forested and secluded area, adjacent to Springwoods Village Nature Preserve with the ExxonMobil campus located to the northeast, and Town Center to the east.

    Springwoods Village is being designed as a sustainable master planned community in Spring, just south of The Woodlands and 30 miles north of downtown Houston. The community is located directly west of I-45 in north Harris County.

    Design Philosophy

    Springwoods Village will encompass 2,000 acres that will be attached to Spring Creek that will flow through community creating 33 miles of trails and recreation within a natural ecosystem, that will also include a 150-acre Natural Preserve.

    Mixed-Use Amenities

    This walkable community will also be home to workplaces, shopping (City Place), dining, parks and other natural gathering places. It’s all about creating a community with smart, sustainable elements.

    Transportation

    An integrated transportation plan will be implemented within the community. This will include street networks, interchanges, Grand Parkway and I-45, and a transit center for METRO bus and Light Rail connections.
