Channing Park is intimate, yet spacious, due to large home sites and landscaping.
Prices start in the $130's and the community features 13 floor plans from the Estate
and Grand collections, with 1,200 to 2,796 square feet of living space. Channing
Park also offers tremendous amenities including a half basketball court, tot lot,
dog park, extended cable service, walking trails, sidewalks and 222 acres of preserves.
In July, Taylor Morrison will unveil a Clubhouse with a fitness center as well as
a resort style pool.
Sarasota - Verona Reserve
Nestled on 55 pristine acres off Jacaranda Boulevard and Venice Avenue, Verona Reserve
will include 165 home sites. Prospective buyers can choose from four different single
story floor plans, including three single-family home designs - the Fairmont, Pinehurst
and Elmhurst - ranging from 1,768 or 2,329 square feet, priced from the $190s. Also
available is the popular Ibis villa, which has 1,533 square feet, starts in the
$170s, and is currently open for viewing as a fully furnished model home. All homes

Fort Myers and Naples - Tortuga

took top honors as "Grand Award Winner" in the $601,000-$700,000 category at the
2011 Tampa Bay Parade of Homes for its popular Camila model.
The Division also earned high marks in other regional Parade of Homes events. The
Sarasota/Manatee Parade of Homes judged the Ibis model at Verona Reserve in Venice
and awarded it the "Best Overall" award in the multi-family category with less than
four units. The model also took every other award in that category, including Best
Architectural Detail, Best Curb Appeal, Best Floor Plan, Best Kitchen and Best Master
Suite.
Further south, the division took top honors in the Lee Building Industry Association's
Parade of Homes, winning two of the 13 Superior Home Awards. The Ibis model in the
