Home Warranty Request

Submit a warranty request - Tampa

Please review your warranty and use the guidelines below to determine if your warranty request is an emergency before submitting. If it is an emergency, please follow the Emergency Service Procedure. If your warranty request is not an emergency, please complete the form below and our warranty department will contact you by email within 24 hours, Monday through Friday (holidays excluded), 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Please refer to the terms, limitations and exclusions in your Limited Warranty Manual for further information.  Any warranty work on the interior of your home requires an adult over the age of 18 to be present.  

Is your warranty request an Emergency?

ELECTRICAL

An Electrical emergency includes total electric failure that is isolated to your home only.

WATER/PLUMBING

A Water/Plumbing emergency is a problem where all plumbing fixtures stop working in the home (tubs, sinks or toilets do not function properly. This does not include the stoppage of one toilet or drain.

A water leak large enough that the water supply to your home needs to be shut off to avoid damage. (An isolated leak that can be fixed by turning off the valves under the plumbing fixture is not an emergency.)

Water leaking into your home through the roofing system. (Note: Repairmen cannot work on the a roof until the rain has stopped, but measures can be taken to minimize damage.)

HVAC/HEAT

An HVAC/HEAT emergency includes a total loss of heat (if outside air temperature is below 50 degrees Fahrenheit), or a total loss of air conditioning (if outside air temperature is above 80 degrees Fahrenheit).

Please keep in mind you may have two air conditioning units.
