 2025 Taylor Morrison WM Phoenix Open Prize Giveaway
(Open to all Eligible Persons, as defined below)

 

(1) How to Enter - To enter, each person must first register in Taylor Morrison’s 2025 Taylor Morrison WM Phoenix Open Prize Giveaway and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form (including your name and valid contact information) at: https://surveys.TaylorMorrison.com/jfe/form/SV_51OaoRjpi9A0tZs to receive one (1) entry for the Grand Prize Package during the “Promotion Period” (as defined below). 

(2) Description of Grand Prize - The components of the Grand Prize Winner’s 2025 Taylor Morrison WM Phoenix Open Prize Giveaway (collectively, the “Grand Prize”) includes: One (1) drawing for a $1,000 Troon gift card. Other prizes other than the Grand Prize that Eligible Entrants have a chance of winning include: One (1) $500 PGA Store gift card and one (1) $100 Pop Stroke gift card, (collectively, the “Other Prizes”). 

(3) Eligible Entrants – All persons at time of entry who are at least 18 years of age and a U.S. citizen or permanent U.S. legal resident, are eligible to enter for a chance to win either the Grand Prize or one of the Other Prizes. No cash equivalent or substitutions will be offered. Employees, interns, and contractors of the Sponsors, and their parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, advertising and promotion agencies, representatives, and agents, and their immediate families (parents, siblings, children, spouses, domestic partners) and members of the households of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Any entry that does not meet the eligibility requirements will be disqualified. If unable to accept the Grand Prize or Other Prizes offered for any reason, you must forfeit the prize without further compensation or substituted prize, which shall alternatively be awarded to the next randomly drawn person. The Grand Prize and Other Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold. In entering into the Promotion, Eligible Entrants shall ensure that if they are selected as the Grand Prize Winner, they will be able to accept the Grand Prize, as applicable as to any known or anticipated conflicts with their employment or personal obligations. Individuals meeting each component of the above criteria are collectively the “Eligible Entrants.”    

(4) Prize Awarding; Release – The one (1) Grand Prize Winner of the 2025 Taylor Morrison WM Phoenix Open Giveaway and winners of the Other Prizes will be chosen through random drawings, to be held on or after February 12, 2025, of Eligible Entrants who registered as of February 4, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. PT to February 9, 2025 at 11:59:59 pm PT (“Promotion Period”). Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of eligible entries. The Winner of the Grand Prize, as well as the winners of the Other Prizes, who have satisfied all qualification criteria will be identified within seven (7) business days of drawing. No winners need to be present to win. By accepting the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winner will be required to waive any and all claims against Sponsor and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliated and related entities, agencies, advertisers and sponsors from claims for liabilities, or legal actions which may arise as a result of winning, for personal injury, taxes or loss which may occur from the participation in this Promotion or from the receipt or use of any prize in connection with this Promotion or for factors outside of the Sponsor’s reasonable control or responsibility. 

(5) General – The winners of the Grand Prize or Other Prizes hereby consent to the use of their name, voice and/or likeness by Sponsor for advertising purposes without additional compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law. Taylor Morrison reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time. Owners of any Grand Prize or Other Prize Component, and its respective parent, related, subsidiary or affiliated companies are not a sponsor of this Promotion, are not affiliated with, assume no liability and offer no warranty with respect to the terms, marketing materials or incentives of this Promotion. Offer void where prohibited. Taylor Morrison reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant not meeting all eligibility requirements. Taylor Morrison is not affiliated with, assumes no liability and offers no warranty for the terms, representations, marketing materials, or incentives offered by other parties in connection with any part of the Grand Prize or Other Prize awarded. The decisions of Taylor Morrison regarding the selection of the Grand Prize or Other Prize Winners and all other aspects of the Promotion shall be final and binding in all respects. Taylor Morrison will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Promotion. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including without limitation all eligibility requirements, and agree to be bound by all terms of the Official Rules.

(6) Tax Treatment, Exclusions and Restrictions - The Prize Winner is responsible for all taxes and purchases beyond the value of the awarded prize. Taylor Morrison is not responsible for any limited services or events due to the pandemic or inclement weather, as well as any lost or stolen Prize once awarded or any component thereof. Notice: The above-described Prize will be considered income and any and all taxes associated with each prize component will be reflected on the respective Prize Winner’s 1099. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Any questions regarding tax treatment should be directed to Potential Grand Prize Winner’s own tax or legal advisor. Sponsor is not responsible for any computer malfunctions.

All expenses not expressly stated in the Grand Prize description above, including but not limited to, transportation, meals, alcoholic beverages, merchandise/souvenirs, additional ground transportation, tips/gratuities, surcharges, service charges or facility charges, security fees, taxes, babysitter, pet sitter or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of Grand Prize Winner. Any taxes imposed on the income of the Grand Prize Winner as a result of winning the Grand Prize and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein as part of the Grand Prize are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner.
