For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal information” is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an identifiable person. In addition, we want to be sure that you understand your rights and choices with respect to your personal information and how we use it. Third-Party Sites and Services. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect from third parties about you, but we do not control the privacy and personal information handling practices of third parties. Therefore, this Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, apps, videos (embedded or direct links), or other content (each a “Linked Site”) to which we link that are not operated by Taylor Morrison. Linked Sites have their own personal information collection and use practices, and we are not responsible those practices. Information We Gather Through Our Online Services
When you use our Online Services, including our Websites and social media pages, and when you interact with our electronic communications, we collect some information automatically and combine it with other information we collect about you. Taylor Morrison interacts with individuals in multiple contexts and generally gathers information in person. Generally, the categories of personal information we collect from you, or that we generate through your interactions with us, include the following:

Contact Information. Contact information includes your name, alias, business contact information, postal address, email address, telephone number, account name, social media handle, and similar information. We collect in various contexts, including when you request information, engage in a transaction, register for an account, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with us.

Identity Verification Information. In certain contexts we may be required to verify your identity by collecting information such as your social security number, driver’s license number, state or federal identification number, passport number, and similar identifiers.

Typically, the collection of this type of personal information is related to a real estate transaction, but it may be collected in other context depending on the nature of the interaction.

The categories of data we collect include individual users’ public profiles as well as aggregated data about followers on social media (e.g., age, gender and location). We keep track of users engagement with our social media pages and the efficacy of our marketing on those platforms.

We may also gather personal information from internet service providers, operating systems and platform providers, data analytics providers, advertising networks, business partners, government entities, our company affiliates, security services providers, our community experience partners, other individuals, social media platforms, and other visitors to our communities and Websites.

Our online properties use Tracking Technologies placed by us and third-party partners and service providers to gather information when you interact with our Online Services. These Tracking Technologies are used to maintain the security of our Websites, optimize the performance of our Online Services, save your preferences, troubleshoot and repair impairments on our Websites, assist with functionality, and for advertising and marketing.
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" setting that can send a signal to the websites you visit indicating you do not wish to be tracked. Our websites do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Other Taylor Morrison Group Entities. We may share personal information between the Taylor Morrison family of brands.
Authorized Persons and Agents. We may disclose personal information to real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and other real estate professionals in connection with a real estate transaction and related products or services.
Sharing excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Business Services Providers. These are persons or entities with whom we have a relationship to provide business operations services and support to Taylor Morrison. These providers may include the following:

IT Operations Providers. These include cloud computing service providers, internet service providers, data backup and security providers, functionality and infrastructure providers, and similar service providers.

Operations Providers. These include service provider with whom we partner to provide day-to-day business operations, including payment processors, security vendors, business software service providers, hospitality service providers, banks, facilities management providers and similar entities.

Interest Based Ads Preferences. We will respond to your request within a reasonable period (if properly submitted) and in accordance with applicable law. 4. Your Rights Under The TDPSA
