Ascent Village at Sterling Ranch is located 21 miles south of downtown Denver and 16 miles northwest of Castle Rock, CO.

To arrive from Denver, head south on Highway 85 and then take the West Titan Road exit. Head west on West Titan Road past Providence park and then enter the roundabout. Take the third right to head south on Eagle River Street. Continue past Pat Gallagher Park until you reach Adams Fork Avenue. Take a left on Adams Fork Avenue and the Sales Center will be on your right.
