What type of home tours and appointments do you offer?

We offer various types of tours and appointments. You can learn more about your desired community and the homebuying process over a phone call with one of our Online Sales Managers. Additionally, some communities offer in-person tours, where a Community Sales Manager gives you a tour of our homes and answers any questions you may have. When available, we also provide 3D tours of our models, where you can explore each floor plan on-demand with your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Where will Ashland be located?

Ashland is located in the Grand Park neighborhood of Summerlin. To reach Ashland,take exit off 215 heading West onto Far Hill Ave. in 1.5 miles turn right onto Sky Vista Drive, Take first left onto Sandstone Rise Drive. Turn right onto Grand Park Blvd. The community will be located on your right. Please call Taylor Morrison for assistance. Do I need a real estate agent to purchase a home from you?
