Taylor Morrison periodically will lock in, through its affiliated lender, Taylor Morrison Home Funding, Inc. ("Affiliated Lender”), an interest rate for a pool of funds. An interest rate that involves a sample FCR is only available for a limited time until pool of funds is either depleted or interest rate expires. The sample FCR is not available on all homes or in all communities. The Temporary Buydown feature is for illustrative purposes only and is defined as an incentive when the seller contributes an amount of money at the time of loan closing. These funds will be used by your lender/servicer to pay a portion of your regular monthly mortgage payment for a specified period of time (between 1 and 3 years, depending on the program). This will reduce your monthly mortgage payments during that period. After that period expires, your monthly mortgage payments will be due at the full amount as provided in the note.
