How do I drive to the Estates at Palmer Ranch?

From I-15/US-93 heading north, take exit 50 and follow N Lamb Blvd to E Centennial Parkway. Turn left at E Centennial Parkway and continue approximately a mile and a half past the Skyview YMCA. Turn right onto Statz Street which then veers into Rome Blvd. When Statz Street turns left, take an immediate right onto Palm Branch St to reach the Sales Center.

How long is the commute from Palmer Ranch to downtown Las Vegas? 

Driving into downtown Las Vegas from the community takes approximately twenty minutes without traffic. Routes are available via surface streets (nine miles) or by taking the I-15 freeway (twelve miles).

What are the special features of the Estates Collection of homes? 

All homes in the Estates collection include a 3-car garage as standard with the base plan.
