What type of home tours and appointments do you offer?

We offer various types of tours and appointments. You can learn more about your desired community and the homebuying process over a phone call with one of our Online Sales Managers. Additionally, some communities offer in-person tours, where a Community Sales Manager gives you a tour of our homes and answers any questions you may have. We also provide 3D tours of our models, where you can explore each floor plan on-demand with your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Do I need a real estate agent to purchase a home from you?

Whether you decide to use a real estate agent is up to you. Although we work very closely with real estate professionals in all our communities, you do not need an agent to buy a home.
