The new-home community of Bridgeland is exactly what you're looking for.

    Explore Parkland Village at Bridgeland

Nature and Luxury Living in Bridgeland

Before development in Bridgeland began, the original land planners conducted an extensive environmental study to find how best to protect, preserve and restore as much of the natural environment within its boundaries as possible. As a result, Bridgeland's masterplan resulted in a sustainable community, with 3,000 acres of open space - over a fourth of the entire area of the community. Lakes, rivers, and green space abounds in Bridgeland, with parks and green space within a quarter-mile of each of the community's homes. This unique balance between nature and development provides a place for both residents and wildlife to thrive for generations to come.

A Great Location for a Great Community

Bridgeland lies just southwest of the town of Cypress, well-known for top-notch schools at every level. The town is also packed with shopping, dining, and entertainment, and moments from the nearby BlackHorse Golf Club. Cypress is also just off the Northwest Freeway and Highway 99. You'll not only have easy access to nearby towns like Katy, but you'll be less than 30 miles from the largest city in Texas. Houston is packed with amazing sights, delicious shops and restaurants, and museums and universities to foster lifelong learning, to say nothing of employment centers and job opportunities. Bridgeland puts it all only a few minutes away.

    Lifelong Learning at Every Level

Bridgeland is one of only a few master planned communities in the nation to develop a comprehensive education plan for its residents. The acclaimed Cy-Fair ISD is building a massive 127-acre educational village with a convenient location near the Grand Parkway. The million-square-foot campus includes Wells Elementary, Smith Middle School, Bridgeland High School, and a future middle school. Additional plans include sites for preschools, private schools, and satellite college campuses. Bridgeland is serviced by three amazing public school districts: the Cypress-Fairbanks, Katy, and Waller independent school districts.

    Winding Trails and Lovely Lakes

Explore the natural beauty around you at Bridgeland. A hierarchy of 60 miles of trails connect foot and bike traffic to community centers, education, and activities, as well as wildlife observation areas and exercise stations. Enjoy access to 900 acres of lakes and waterways for outdoor adventure, including catch-and-release fishing, bird-watching for over 140 species of migratory birds, and boating, kayaking, and canoeing.

Amazing Amenities with More to Come

Bridgeland offers a wide array of existing amenities at the Lakeland Activity Center. Lucky residents enjoy a 6,000 sq. ft. community center, a full-time activities director that plans events year-round, and perks like a fitness center and meeting rooms. It also features a playground, park, and incredible resort-style swimming complex with a six-lane junior Olympic-size pool, diving well with two platforms, gradual-depth play pool with volleyball nets, children's pool with slides and spray toys, two 30-foot sky slides for tubing, and a spray park with fountains and water toys.
